nope. not at all. for the simple reason that i’ve changed so much since then. my views. my opinions. all drastically changed. my 8 year old self would still have my younger and more naive opinions of the world and so would probably hate me. i’ve done stuff i told myself as a child i would never do, but i don’t regret doing it. though obviously if my 8 year old self went through the same 10 years that i have since then they would understand me now, but back then, nah, they wouldn’t.
